Shipping policy

Every COVR cover and pouch is made by hand in our workshop in Bali and shipped from there. Manufacturing, stockholding and fulfilment are carried out by PT. Tattoo Saya Tiho in Bali, Indonesia. PT. Tattoo Saya Tiho is not the seller and is not a party to your contract of sale, which is with MSECO LTD trading as COVR.

Delivery options

Two options are offered at checkout on every international order:

• International, 20 to 30 days. Free on all orders.
• DHL Express. 19.99 USD.

Orders within Indonesia ship free. Delivery windows begin when your order leaves the workshop, not when it is placed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within a few days of dispatch, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Import duties and taxes

Prices at checkout do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on where you are, your local customs office may charge duty or import VAT when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your government, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undeliverable and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or because import charges were refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery postage is payable by the customer.

Returns

Shipping and returns are separate. Please see our Refund Policy for the returns window, conditions and return address, including the right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and EEA.
